80kgs or Somewhere 'Round There
It's the end of April, and I'm sad to say, and to see, that I have gone nowhere on the weight loss chart. I am still the same weight as I was months ago, and it's depressing! BUT .... I have been running regularly with Tamlyn, and it's getting easier (and harder). The weather is suddenly glorious (if a little windy), and it's made me think that if I just knuckle down, I can lose a few kilos in a few weeks and be a happy bunny. If I can just be disciplined for 7 days, I can lose 2 or 3 kilos. It's really not a lot, and I know how much happier I will be as a consequence. It's awful putting on clothes that are tight around the thighs, and around the bum, and all you can do is think of when they used to fit properly. And the time is coming when we need to start thinking about whether or not to have another bub, so I should get the weight down for that too. I really hope I can get it together... I am starting now, and will weigh in next week in NY.

79.9kgs going nowhere fast
Not only has it been Easter (yes, I had a little chocolate) but we were in Berlin (OK, I had a few beers), and they make fabulous cheese, spreads, and the "I can't leave without having" Apple Strudel !
I haven't run for 2 weeks +
Tomorrow it starts again as I run with Tamlyn at 9am.
Jelly belly needs attention and I need to watch my eating habits. I had very little in the way of healthy food yesterday. In fact, all there was for supper was a slice of Banoffee Pie - courtesy of the bible study caterers. Sheesh!
