79.1kgs OK, we're getting there very slowly

Well, after 2 weeks in the USA eating on the hop, in unfamiliar surrounds, and seldom the healthiest of healthy meals, I returned at 81kgs, and have managed to shed it rapidly. Of course, the challenge is now to continue that trend and shed a further 2, 4 or (please God) 6 kilos.

I will then be a happy camper.

79.3kgs OK I'm getting back on the wagon

Woke up on Tuesday morning and felt, "Yeah! I'm ready to make a change." So the last few days have gone quite well. I need to keep a lid on all the fats in foods, and not indulging the desire for carbs. I'm running with Tam still, but not as often as planned... Zack's teething or whatever it is that's waking him up at night, means I'm up twice a night with him too. It's too hard getting up in the mornings. Just trying to eat more salads, vegetables, fresh fruit and cut down on the meats. Being creative with fish and trying to up the regularity of eating it. If I can be "good" for a week I could lose 2 kgs, and that'll be a real inspiration. I keep thinking that if I stick to the diet, the next time I see Jackie, I'll be 5kgs down - a huge dent in the the flubber.

78.5kgs Yes ! Yes ! Yes !

I know you shouldn't weigh yourself too often, but I'm looking for results, and it seem to be working, so Hallelujah !
