join a gym

Our local LA Fitness club is now one member up - moi. I joined yesterday. My aim is to go 3 times a week - hopefully for classes, but where necessary to do circuit, run and do step or swim. I gotta lose weight. I depresses me when I see that I am still 80kgs, no matter whether I eat less, more, no bread, some bread, no butter, a bit of butter. etc etc.
It would be nice to be in shape again and to have a bit of mental space while exercising.
