Hot Mama! I am getting addicted to the training and the endorphins. I really look forward to the workout (and pain that follows). Mike has lent me a good book entitled "Strength Training Anatomy" which is really helpful in illustrating muscle groups, how to isolate muscles to exercise and stretch them. My jeans are all falling down when I walk, so no complaints there. Perhaps I'll get back into some "old" ones. I wore my favourite winter dress last week (the green one I bought at Banana Republic all those years ago), and received oodles of compliments :)
