Surprised ?! Yes I am.
I've decided to train for a triathlon next year. Starting with a mini-triathlon and working my way up. Biggest challenge is the running, but I'll take that a day at a time. Mike's worried about the achilles issue, and rightly so. We'll see how we go - I haven't had any pain there since I stopped running hills (which is nearly a year ago) - and I'll go to the physio and the sports clinic if it comes to it.
Must continue to watch what goes in tho'
very easy to join K in eating chocolate at night... and having ANOTHER glass of wine.

77.8kgs
I've had a 6 day holiday in Bangkok where we lived on water, papayas and frozen cocktails at night. the humidity was a killer. Since returning I have cycled 9 miles, and then 13 miles. I love my bike and the freedom it affords. I bought new gloves because it's so cold. I am trying to keep tabs on what's going into my mouth. I'm yet to have a conversation with Mr Paxton. I need to plan my winter and training for next year. There are many takers for the triathlon - Jo, Anike and maybe even Annelie if she's not preggie :)
