Fat Betty went to France for a holiday and then came home and couldn't give up the baguettes and butter. I've also taken down my meds to 20mgs a day which means I'm doing better. Keith, ever the optimist, said I shouldn't beat myself up about this weight thing - it's an indicator that things are going better and better. Hmmm... a little perspective. I still don't like 79kgs tho !
