Yes, despite all the shite in my life this past week I have managed to lose another 2 1/2 pounds of mighty aphrodite. This means that I am now in the 73kgs zone and that equals a trip to a certain very high end shoe retailer. My reward for getting to a goal.

Forget Ugly Betty, let's talk about Fat Betty
I can't say I think much of the TV show, but it's a springboard for greater things. My dress-sense ain't bad, and I had braces on my teeth nigh on 20 years ago. My problem is the thighs, and the butt, and the bingo wings, and the saggy, jelly belly. So it's time to say farewell to these post-birth accoutrements, and stare hard at my rapidly hiding navel. To stare at it, and re-discover it's depths. It is a very nice belly button after all.
