Yup, it's all going west. Over the weekend I thought, "Ay, not much point in sweating it this weekend - there's alot of celebrating and eating out". Then by Tuesday and Wednesday I'd just stopped looking at what was going into the mouth. Moment of virtue - still jogging regularly. Ha Ha ! What does that achieve ? Nothing. The weight is not coming off, is it ? I have to get back onto the wagon, focus on salads and HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM ! and How much I just HATE butter, and biscuits. Yeah right. Roll on my time with Mr McKenna's skinny book. Good reading for the weekend.
It depresses me when I think that within 3 weeks I could have lost almost 4 kilos, and here I am still sitting on it all. disgusting!
Get that head back to where it needs to be.
