80.1kgs - Slacker's weekend

So how strong am I feeling ? Not one bit actually. What a pathetic weekend. Friday night was Quiz night, so were unrestrained. Saturday was not too bad, but we did have delicious creme fraiche sauce on our steak, it is soooo good. Sunday was laughable - I made bannoffee pie, so not a chance there. I won't tell you how much I had ! Suffice it to say, I will be running alot this week. Thankfully Zack is in nursery today and tomorrow so I can run hard both days.
