First thing for successful weight loss is a food diary. I've stuck mine on the fridge and am keeping track daily. It certainly highlights those funny cravings that I've been filling with a biscuit or similar. Am feeling well fed, and getting back to what is 'right' to eat.
I took a jog Monday. Was supposed to go yesterday but it was pouring with rain. Pass. This morning is glorious and I'd love to be outside, but Keith's away so someone's gotta look after the wee lad.
I had lunch with Lisa yesterday at Wagamamas in Moorgate, and I had the salad. This is all coming back to me. I remember when we travelled across the USA for 3 weeks, granted it was very hot, but I didn't gain any weight because I had salad in NY, salad in Las Vegas, salad in the Grand Canyon, and salad all the way from San Diego to San Francisco. I do remember the cherry pie in Cambria though, {sigh} small pleasures. Unlike my 3 week honeymoon where I put on a kilo a week with all the cooked breakfasts and fancy dinners.
Zack's bashing something so I should go.
