79.7kgs back on track

I've gone back to training with Mike. He pushes me much harder than Hilary did, and he knows where my limits are. It's also good for me to train with a bloke - it's just psychological I guess, but I work much harder and when he says, 'jump', I say, 'How high?'.
I've felt like my nutrition has been improving steadily over the past few months - reading books, spending time in Italy, and focusing on reducing the calorific intake. It's a mental thing mostly and some planning. I really need to get back to eating breakfast, but kids and morning madness are a huge speed-bump for me.
Agreed that I need to find an event to train for, so that's the next thing on the list. Must find. Must train. Must participate. Will hurt. Will have massive sense of achievement. It will rock!
