I'm training to cycle the NightRider race on Saturday 8th of June. I'm putting in more time on the bike. It's going fine. Legs are getting stronger. Eating habits are up and down. I start using a new personal trainer tomorrow. watch this space...
I can't say I think much of the TV show, but it's a springboard for greater things. My dress-sense ain't bad, and I had braces on my teeth nigh on 20 years ago. My problem is the thighs, and the butt, and the bingo wings, and the saggy, jelly belly. So it's time to say farewell to these post-birth accoutrements, and stare hard at my rapidly hiding navel. To stare at it, and re-discover it's depths. It is a very nice belly button after all.
